Privacy Policy
How FlexiComm collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website or contact us.
Effective: 20 October 2024 · Last updated: 16 July 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data?
FlexiComm d.o.o., Croatia (“FlexiComm”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Privacy-related requests can be sent to privacy@flexicomm.hr.
2. What information do we collect?
When you contact us, we may collect your name, work email address, company, area of interest and the information you include in your enquiry. Our hosting infrastructure may also process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs.
Please do not include confidential traffic data, credentials, special-category personal data or other information that is not necessary for your enquiry.
3. Why and on what legal basis do we use it?
- To respond to enquiries and take steps requested before entering into a contract.
- To provide and manage contracted services and customer relationships.
- To maintain website security, prevent misuse and diagnose technical issues based on our legitimate interests.
- To meet accounting, regulatory and other legal obligations.
- To send marketing communications only where we have a valid legal basis, including consent where required. You can opt out at any time.
4. Who receives personal data?
We may use trusted providers for website hosting, Microsoft 365 email, IT support and security. They may process data only as required to provide their services and under appropriate contractual and security obligations. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, as required.
6. How long do we retain it?
General website enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is needed for an active business relationship, establishment or defence of legal claims, or compliance with law. Technical and security logs are retained only for the period reasonably necessary for security and troubleshooting. Contractual and accounting records are kept for legally required periods.
7. Cookies and analytics
The website may use cookies that are strictly necessary for security, administration and operation. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies will be used only after an appropriate consent mechanism is implemented. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Send requests to privacy@flexicomm.hr. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or another competent supervisory authority.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we are not responsible for those websites.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will always be published on this page.
